About Remedy: Back Pain Relief
Tell Remedy about your back. Get a structured multi-week program built around your pain, activity level, and equipment. Then show up for a few minutes a day. Most people with back pain either guess with random videos or pay for care they cannot keep up. Remedy is the middle path: a real plan in your pocket. HOW IT WORKS 1. Answer a short set of questions about where it hurts, how long it has been going on, and what your days look like. 2. Get a personalized program that ramps week by week from where you are. 3. Follow clear exercise videos, check in on your pain before and after, and watch your trend over time. WHAT YOU GET • Daily video-guided sessions, not a dumped playlist • A program that fits desk work, training, or limited mobility • Before and after pain check-ins so progress is visible • Built for back pain only, so the plan stays specific Remedy is a fitness and wellness app.…
