RepWall: Reps Before Scrolling

You only wanted to check your phone for a second – and an hour later you're still scrolling? Repwall builds a wall in front of the apps that distract you. They stay locked until you earn the time with a workout. How it works 1. Pick the apps you want to lock – as many as you like. 2. Choose an exercise and a goal, for example 20 push-ups. 3. Want in? Open Repwall, do your reps, done. Your apps unlock for the time you chose, then iOS locks them again automatically. A real lock, built into iOS Repwall uses Apple's Screen Time. Locked apps can't simply be opened – even when Repwall is closed.
