This app is for managers and team members who already use Resolved. Sign in with the same phone number you use on the web. A verification code is texted to you. ANSWER AND GRAB CALLS Incoming calls ring in the app like a native phone call. From the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, tap Grab Call to claim a ringing inbound before it works down the list. Place callbacks through the system so the customer sees your business number, not your personal cell. LIVE CALL BANNER See who’s calling, which location, and how long they’ve been on the line — without unlocking.
