RigBoard

RigBoard is a workshop estimate for one semi-trailer load. Place the cargo, then read three checks on the same screen: axle share and tandem slide, strap working load, and offtrack. Set a rig once: kingpin-to-axle-group distance, slider holes, weight per hole, and the steer share of the kingpin load. On the board, name the load, set the cargo weight, and move the cargo center back from the kingpin. Both sketches and all three results update together. Axles. See how the cargo splits across the steer, drive, and trailer axles. These figures are the cargo share only and do not include tractor or trailer tare. Enter scale weights and the limits for your route, and RigBoard suggests how many holes to slide the tandems. Trailer overweight slides them back. Drive overweight slides them forward.
