RnR: Your wellbeing confidant

RnR is a thoughtful AI wellbeing companion for reflective conversations. Talk through what is on your mind, notice patterns, and choose small next steps. Shape how the Companion responds, use voice when it helps, and return to context that you chose to keep. RnR gives you direct control over recall. Profile facts, memories, subject context, and session summaries are visible, correctable, and removable. You can pause recall, choose transcript retention, export your information, remove conversations or imports, revoke sessions, and delete your account. Notifications are optional, sparse, and never include sensitive lock-screen content. RnR is software for adult reflection. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or live human monitoring. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now.
