RockLink

RockLink is the secure project and field-operations app from ROCK EMERGENCY SERVICES, INC. Customers can follow restoration progress, view authorized project files and photos, and communicate with their Rock project team. Approved contractors can manage assigned work, tasks, documents, and private project messages. Rock employees and technicians can view schedules and job information, coordinate through private channels, and record time for assigned work. Each account is provisioned or invited by Rock. After sign-in, RockLink stays locked to that user's role until the user explicitly signs out. Customer, contractor, and employee projects, navigation, files, and conversations remain separated.
