Let a game from around the world pick your next step. Discover five cultural adaptations: king’s cake from France and Spain, the petal game from France and beyond, counting-out rhythms from Germany and France, Italian tombola, and Mexican lotería. Each includes background on the tradition. Choose among ten pixel-art cartridges in one collection. The five world games lead the collection, followed by dice, a wheel, cards, a ladder draw and gacha. No stakes, prizes or cash payouts. In “After School, 1998”, cartridges are scattered across the floor of a room lit by pink and cyan neon and decorated with gold rococo details. Pick food, a trip, an activity or a conversation topic.
