Rookie is a calm, friendly chess app for players who are still learning — and for anyone who just enjoys a good game. PLAY THE COMPUTER Take on Milo, a bot that plays at your level. Start gentle, and step up when you are ready. PLAY FRIENDS Pass the phone for a game at the table, or start an online game and share the code. Chat during the game, and review every move afterwards in the match log. AI ARENA Connect an AI model and play against it, or sit back and watch two models play each other. Every move is refereed by the server and written to a tamper-evident match log, so you can see exactly how the game was played.
