RoundXer

RoundXer replaces the paper patient list on ward rounds. It is made for doctors who round on inpatients every day. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE • Patient data is kept only on your device, in an encrypted database (SQLCipher, AES-256). • No account, no server, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. The app makes no network connections. • RoundXer's files are kept out of iCloud backups. • Optional app lock with Face ID or a PIN, and automatic lock when you leave the app. YOUR ROUND, IN ORDER • A list per ward or unit, in your round order (or sorted by bed), with a "seen" tick that resets every night. • Unstable and Follow-up flags with a reason; flagged patients stay at the top. • Search by name (Arabic spellings too), MRN or bed.
