Row along with an animated rower. Set your stroke rate and drive:recovery ratio, then follow along for a consistent rate while zoning out to a show, podcast, music or anything else. The Stick Figure and a couple rowing handles are Free. Additional characters such as the Robot, Pirate, Octopus, Witch, and many others just add a little fun. These are available via a small In App Purchase, but they are not required. They do not provide any additional functionality, but I appreciate the support. On an iPad, run this in a window along with other rowing apps, like ErgData or ErgZone, so you can track your workout on them and use this to to stay on target. This is a simple utility meant to help keep a consistent stroke rate. It does not track progress or replace full workout apps like ErgData, ErgZone, etc.
