S&T Exchanger supports shell-and-tube heat exchanger design and evaluation with process inputs, resolved fluid properties, thermal and hydraulic calculations, geometry controls, design guidance, and report-ready outputs. Build mode sizes a design from the current process basis. Evaluate mode checks an entered exchanger against the same accepted calculation path. Review inlet, bulk, and outlet property stations; heat duty; corrected temperature difference; overall and side-specific heat-transfer coefficients; pressure drop; area; and overdesign. The app includes supported phase-aware calculations, configurable tube and shell geometry, Design Advisor guidance, preliminary general-arrangement views, RFQ readiness, and PDF reports.
