SagAid is a professional calculation aid for electrical linesworkers and transmission-line crews. It helps users calculate a final zenith angle for conductor sagging using two span distances, near and far total-station readings, and the approved sag-chart value. Target audience: qualified electrical linesworkers, supervisors, survey personnel, and transmission-line construction crews. To use the app: Open SagAid. Enter D1 and D2 span distances in metres. Enter the near and far vertical/zenith readings in DMS format. Enter the sag-chart value supplied for the conductor, span and temperature. Tap Calculate to display the final zenith angle.
