Sand Stick - Topple Duel

The sandbox game you played as a kid—take sand from a pile without knocking over the stick—is now a one-on-one duel. A flag stands on top of a sand mountain. Take turns scooping a half-sphere of sand from anywhere you like. The sand you scoop is your score. Big scoops score big, but steep slopes slide, and a slide that starts far away can still bring the flag down. Topple the flag and that move doesn't count—and 30% of the remaining sand goes to your opponent. How greedy can you be? Simple rules, a different battle of nerves every game. HOW TO PLAY • Choose a scoop size: Small, Medium or Large. Bigger scoops earn more and risk more • The higher up the mountain, the smaller your scoop—play it fine near the flag • Use Water to firm up the whole mountain so it slides less.
