Sboogie is President/Scum done properly: fast shedding, sharp hierarchy, and a bluffing mechanic that turns every match into a standoff. HOW IT'S PLAYED 53 cards: a standard deck plus one Jester, who marks the very first leader and then leaves the game. From round two, the President and VP get "tribute" from the bottom of the table — and the giver chooses which cards to hand over. That's legal. That's the game. Suspect a lie? Raise the flag.
