Scout: Dispersed Camping

Scout is a private, offline field journal for the overnight spots you find on the road. Whether you are living the vanlife full time, car camping for a long weekend, overlanding into the backcountry or just chasing a quiet place to park for the night, Scout keeps your best spots in one place, on your phone, ready even when there is no signal. MOST CAMPING APPS ARE A CROWD WAITING TO HAPPEN The good dispersed sites, the quiet pull-offs, the perfect boondocking spot down a forest road: the moment they hit a crowd-sourced map they fill up, get worn out and too often get closed for good. Scout takes the opposite approach. Your spots are yours. Nothing you save is ever shared, pooled into a public database or shown to another user. You build your own roster and you keep it.
