SeeFix is video support via a link. The customer does not install an app. Create a session on iPhone, send a link or SMS, and see the situation through the customer’s eyes. They open the camera in Safari or Chrome — even during a regular phone call, on speakerphone, without hanging up. This app is for the operator. The customer does not install anything or create an account. HOW IT WORKS Sign in to your SeeFix account (password, Google, or a passkey / Face ID). Start a video session or a location-only session. Send the link: copy it, send SMS from the app, or share it in WhatsApp and Telegram. The customer opens the link in the browser and allows the camera or location. You see the live frame, show what to do, save materials, and send them to CRM when needed. A session is ready in about 30 seconds. No “download an app and register” instructions for the customer.
