Selah: Less Scroll, More Word

Selah is a pause before the scroll. When you reach for the app that keeps pulling you back, Selah meets you first — for about ten seconds. A verse. A prompt. A moment of prayer. Then you decide whether to carry on. It isn't a wall. It's the small gap between the reach and the scroll, where a choice becomes possible again. A MOMENT Each pause is different: a verse to sit with, a line to complete, something to be grateful for, a prayer that's been answered, or a quiet moment before God. Ten seconds, then the choice is yours. YOUR PSALMS, KEPT What you write stays. Over weeks it becomes an archive of your own — reflections, gratitude, answered prayers — and a record of the times you stepped away. SEE WHERE THE TIME GOES Selah shows your screen time for the apps you've chosen to guard, day by day, so the pattern is visible rather than vague. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login.…
