Selah - Seven Minutes

Selah is a prayer and Bible reading app which helps you to take time throughout your day to rest in the Lord’s presence using the ‘Seven minutes with the Lord’ framework, and helps you to get into the Bible by setting up and tracking reading schedules. Starting a prayer session will trigger a series of timed prompts which help you have a meaningful time with the Lord. By default, these include: calling, praying, pray-reading, confessing, giving thanks and petitioning. The app includes the well-known 7 and 10-minute sessions, and also a 3-minute session designed to encourage you to spend many small pockets of time with the Lord throughout the day. All of these sessions can be fully customised. You can also add contacts and share progress to encourage one another.
