Meditation goes deeper when it's guided by a familiar voice. The most familiar one is your own. The app helps you record a practice in your own voice and come back to it whenever you like. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take the text of a practice. Write it yourself, build it from ready-made phrases in the constructor, or get it from existing audio or video — the app recognises the speech and turns it into text. 2. Edit the text the way you want to hear it. 3. Read it aloud. The text moves across the screen line by line, highlighting the word being spoken. Stop and re-record any part as often as you like. 4.
