Semesterly

Semesterly turns a course syllabus into a calendar of every assignment, exam and deadline it contains. Import the PDF or Word file your professor posted, or photograph a printed one, and Semesterly reads the schedule and pulls out what is due and when. You review everything before it is saved, so nothing reaches your calendar that you have not seen. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Your syllabi are read and parsed entirely on this device. Nothing you import is uploaded, there is no account to create, and the app contains no analytics and no tracking of any kind. WHAT IT DOES • Reads PDF, Word and photographed syllabi • Finds assignments, exams, quizzes, readings and breaks • Sorts them into a Today view, a month calendar, and a page for each course • Flags anything it is unsure about so you can correct it before saving • Reminders a day, two days or a week ahead • Home Screen and Lock…
