Sevenstead Bread is a one-time purchase for iPhone and iPad, with no app account, ads, subscription or in-app purchases. FORMULAS THAT SCALE Record flour blends, total hydration, salt, prefermented flour and starter hydration. Scale by loaf count and dough weight with flour and water inside the starter included in the calculation. Existing bakes keep a snapshot of the formula you used. YOUR OWN BAKE TIMING Plan from a start time or a ready-by time, including cooling. Review a step-by-step timeline, manually complete steps as the dough is ready, add time or undo your last completion.
