Sfira: Calorie Tracker

Most calorie apps make you hunt through a database for something that resembles what you just ate. Sfira starts with a photo. Point your camera at the plate. A vision model reads the photo and proposes what it sees: each food, an estimated portion in grams and in household terms, and the calories, protein, carbs and fat that go with it. Then it does something most calorie apps won't. It tells you how sure it is. Every item carries a confidence figure. Grilled chicken on a clean plate scores high. A sauce that might be olive oil and might be butter scores low, because the camera genuinely cannot tell. You see the doubt instead of a made-up number, so you know which figures deserve a second look. Nothing reaches your log until you tap Save.
