Sharaftona Business

Sharaftona Business is the staff app for shops that run their loyalty program on Sharaftona. It does one job quickly, and it does it hundreds of times a shift: your team scans a customer's loyalty card at the till, adds points for what they spent, or redeems a reward. The customer's wallet pass updates by itself. Nobody hands over a phone and nothing gets reprinted. HOW IT WORKS 1. Your staff sign in with the scanner username you issued them. 2. They scan the customer's QR code with the camera, or key the code in by hand. 3. They enter the amount spent and apply the points, or switch to Redeem. 4. The customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass refreshes on its own.
