SharkMobile

SharkMobile is a strength-training diary and athlete community app. The current interface is in Russian. STRENGTH AND DIARY Log exercises, sets, repetitions and working weights. Review workout history, body measurements, progress and personal records. Use the rest timer, warm-up, estimated-max and RPE tools. The diary works offline; account-based backup is a separate, optional setting. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH Connect Apple Health to import body weight from the preceding 30 days into days without an existing diary measurement, and to export completed strength-training workouts. Sync is off by default and runs while the app is open. The diary remains available without granting access. Health data is not used for advertising.
