A shift-rotation calendar that gets 12-hour and DuPont overtime right, because most don't. Pick a rotation pattern — including 12-hour, DuPont, or your own custom cycle — set the day it starts, and ShiftRoster projects every month forward: your shift, your rest days, and public holidays for your German state (Bundesland), computed on your device with no yearly update needed. Why this app exists: shift-roster apps compute overtime by counting shift days, so a 12-hour rotation with 16 rest days a month shows overtime that makes no sense. ShiftRoster computes your target from your actual contract hours, so working a rest day adds real overtime and a rest day never inflates your target. Vacation and sick days are credited correctly.
