About SimpliTime - Terminál
SimpliTime Terminal turns a shared iPad into a workplace time clock for companies that use SimpliTime. Employees start and finish work at the terminal, and the entry appears in their SimpliTime timesheet straight away. HOW EMPLOYEES CLOCK IN • They open Terminal QR in the SimpliTime Timesheets app and hold the code up to the terminal's camera. The code is valid for 60 seconds and works once. • Without a phone, they enter their six-digit employee ID and their own terminal PIN. • The terminal greets them by first name and shows whether work started or ended. SETUP • On first launch the app shows a pairing code. The company's administrator enters it in the SimpliTime web app under Settings > Terminals and picks the terminal's default activity. • The terminal keeps the screen on and shows when it is offline. • Works in portrait and landscape.
