Sk8tics is a training log for figure skaters. After a run-through, mark how each element went — clean, an error, a fall, or not attempted. It takes about thirty seconds. Do that all season and you have a record of what is genuinely improving, and what keeps going wrong in the same place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build your programs element by element, in the notation you already use — 2A, 3Lz+3T, StSq3, CCoSp4 • Log a run-through in seconds, one mark per element • Add detail when it matters — which edge, which landing • Look back across a whole season instead of only remembering yesterday FOR COACHES Link with your skaters and read their logs between lessons, so you arrive already knowing how the week went.
