Slowfold gives you a few minutes of slow, even breathing, paced by a shape that opens and closes in front of you. Breathe in as it grows, hold while it rests, let go as it folds back. There is nothing to read and nothing to count. FIVE RHYTHMS - Steady: in 4, hold 2, out 4. An easy place to start. - Square: four equal sides of 4 seconds each. - Unwind: in 4, hold 7, out 8. A long, slow exhale. - Resonant: in 5, out 5. No pauses, just a smooth wave. - Your Own: set every count from 1 to 10 seconds and preview the round length as you go.
