SLT Connect

SLT Connect is the City of South Lake Tahoe’s official 311 service request app, making it easy for residents, businesses, and visitors to report non-emergency issues and connect with City services. Use SLT Connect to submit requests for common community concerns such as potholes, snow-related issues, code concerns, graffiti, damaged signs, streetlights, drainage problems, parks maintenance, and other local service needs. Users can include a location, description, and photos to help City staff respond efficiently. Once submitted, requests are routed to the appropriate City department for review, tracking, and resolution. Users can follow the status of their requests, receive updates, and stay informed as work progresses.
