Smith Match

Design a matching network by moving points on a Smith chart. Add a component and a handle appears on the chart. Drag it and the point travels only along the locus that component can physically produce, solving for its value as you go. Instead of entering a value and checking the result, you take the point where you want it. ■ Features ・Component values solved by dragging Series and shunt L, C and R, ideal transmission lines, open and shorted stubs, and LC resonators (series tank / shunt trap).
