Snowpack Report: Snow Depth

Most snow reports repeat what the resort put out that morning. This one reports what the instruments measured. Snowpack Report reads the public station networks avalanche forecasters read: the USDA's SNOTEL network and California's CDEC stations in the US, BC's automated snow stations in Canada, the SLF's IMIS stations in Switzerland, and Météo-France's ski-patrol observers in France. It shows you the reading, the station that took it, how far that station sits from the resort, and the time it was read. Ski areas across the US, Canada, Switzerland and France: some have an automated station nearby, many more are read every morning by a COOP observer, and the ones nobody measures say so on their own page rather than showing a zero.
