Soul Seated

Soul Seated is the companion app for members of Soul Seated Journey. Membership is by invitation. When you join, you'll get an email from welcome@soulseated.org with a 6-character activation code. Open the app, tap "Sign up here," and enter the code to create your account. Your week Each week starts with an intention. Write it down, then plan the practices you want to return to. Past weeks stay in the app, so you can look back on what you set out to do and what you practiced. The library Browse and search the practice library. Play guided audio and video, bookmark the practices you want to keep close, and find what you played recently. After a practice, you can tell us how it went.
