It walks a bake from the first mix to the oven, calls you back when the dough needs your hands (the folds, the shaping, the oven) and paces the waits between to the temperature of your kitchen. A cool room stretches the plan; a warm one tightens it. Tap "step done" as you go and the plan reflows from where you actually are; tapped too soon, the back arrow undoes it.
