Spare Maintenance Partners brings all of Spare's certified service providers together in one app: mobile technicians, garages and service centers, and quality inspectors. Each partner receives the jobs that match their role as soon as they're assigned, with full details on the car, location and schedule. Mobile technicians: navigate to the customer's location, complete the service on site, and document your work with photos and notes. Garages and service centers: receive cars, send the diagnosis and quote with spare-part and labor details, and request customer approval for any additional work before starting it. Quality inspectors: inspect the car after the service and before handover, document results with photos and notes, and approve the car as ready or send it back for rework.
