Spectral: AI Tag Check

Spectral shows the hidden metadata inside your photos and lets you remove it before sharing. WHAT IT READS • EXIF: camera, lens, exposure settings, date and time • GPS location • XMP and IPTC: editing software, history, captions, credits • C2PA Content Credentials (provenance manifests) • AI-related signals: generator tags, digital source type and similar markers left by editing or generative tools WHAT IT DOES • Scans a photo and lists every metadata block it finds, grouped and explained in plain language • Flags fields that may cause a photo to be labelled as AI-generated or edited • Removes selected metadata, or all of it, and saves a clean copy • Keeps the original image untouched SUPPORTED FORMATS JPEG, PNG, WebP PRIVACY All processing happens on your iPhone.
