SST Trainer

SST Trainer supports clinician-directed sub-symptom-threshold aerobic exercise for concussion recovery. A guided graded test measures the patient's heart-rate threshold, the treating clinician sets a training band, and home sessions are guided against that band using a connected Bluetooth heart-rate device — so the clinician can see how home sessions actually went. Access is by clinic code from a participating clinic. SST Trainer is a delivery and decision-support tool used under the direction of a qualified health practitioner.
