Stackyard Express: Drop Merge

Drop parcels, merge matches and fill truck orders in a physics puzzle set in a busy parcel depot. One thumb, short runs, plays offline. Drag to aim, let go to drop. Two matching parcels merge into the next size up. The pile shifts and settles under physics, so a good drop can set up a chain of merges and a careless one can wedge a parcel exactly where you did not want it. Longer chains and cascades score more. There are 11 tiers: Envelope, Small Box, Parcel, Carton, Crate, Case, Pallet, Container, Freight, Bulk Load and, at the top, Depot Hauler. The materials change as you climb, from paper to card to wood to metal to armoured freight, and no two neighbouring tiers share a colour, so you can read the pile while you are aiming.
