The night sky is full of beasts. The fox and the hare, the serpent, the dragon, the lion, twenty six in all, drawn from the real star charts, and every one of them is waiting for you. STARSPELL is a word game played under that sky. The letters you are dealt are stars, and the words you weave from them are spells. Your only weapon is a word. Your story begins in a twilight meadow, crickets singing, the first stars coming out. Rise into the dark and a beast takes shape above you, star by star. Weave your letters, cast the word, and watch it fly: the longer the word, the harder it strikes, until the beast comes apart into falling light. The campaign is one long night in four acts, from the meadow sky to the crown of dawn, with a boss waiting at the end of each act and a star chart to mark the road you have climbed.
