About Starts
Starts is a sprint-start trainer. It plays On your marks, get set, then holds you for a random time before the gun. Move, and it times your reaction. Hold the phone, or keep it in a pocket. The first time you begin, allow Motion so the phone can feel the start. Put it on the ground and it becomes a stopwatch you stop yourself. Everything is free. Set your own marks-to-set time and hold, or use the standard sequence: 5 seconds to set and a hold between 1.5 and 2.5 seconds. Run one start or a set of reps. Pick any voice and any Go sound. History, fastest ever, analytics and CSV export are included. No account. No ads. No tracking. No purchase. Sessions stay on the iPhone.
