Hit your goal and your apps unlock for the time you chose. When that time runs out, they lock again. No willpower required. Just a short walk between you and the feed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick your distractions. Choose individual apps, whole categories like Social or Games, or websites using Apple's built-in Screen Time picker. 2. Set your plan. Choose a step goal from 50 to 2,000 steps and how much time each goal earns, from 5 minutes to 2 hours. 3. Walk to unlock. Reach your goal and your apps open up.
