Studio Baariki

Baariki is the workforce and project app for Studio Baariki, an architecture and interior design practice. It serves two groups: the studio's own team, and the clients and contractors working with them on a project. Access is by invitation — accounts are created by the studio's administrators. FOR CLIENTS AND CONTRACTORS • Follow the projects you are involved in, with weekly updates from site. • Open the drawings and documents shared with you. • See the meetings you have been invited to, with joining details. • Raise a query with the studio and track the reply. FOR THE STUDIO TEAM • Attendance — clock in and out, with a monthly calendar of your record. • Leave — apply, track balances, and follow an application through approval. • Timesheets — log hours against the projects you worked on. • Delegation — see work assigned to you, raise tasks for colleagues, and plan your own month week by…
