Support Scan Rounds

Support Scan turns safety rounds into verified, defensible records. Behavioral health and treatment facilities are required to observe clients on a schedule — every 15, 30, or 60 minutes — and to prove it. Paper sheets and clipboard initials can be filled in after the fact, and they cannot show a surveyor that anyone was actually in the room. Support Scan can. PROXIMITY VERIFICATION Staff carry their phone. Each client wears a small wristband. When a staff member records an observation, the app confirms the phone was physically near that wristband using Bluetooth, or by tapping the band directly. A check that cannot be verified is still recorded — clearly marked, with the reason the staff member gave. Nothing is silently dropped, and nothing can be back-filled from the nurses' station.
