SurfPlanner is the management tool for surf schools, built for the water's edge. The app supports the school's staff every day: • The week's schedule, slot by slot, with each student's payment status — paid, deposit received or nothing received. • Attendance in one tap, right from the beach. • Booking records: collect deposits and balances, assign boards, add comments, have the registration form signed on the iPad. • This week's customers, to notify by text or WhatsApp with a ready-written message. • Rentals: what's out, for how long, and the price on return from the school's rate card. • Equipment to hand out: how many wetsuits of each size for each slot, with an alert when stock falls short. • The waiting list, splitting students between instructors, invoices. No signal on the beach? Attendance, payments and boards are kept on the phone and sent as soon as the network is back.…
