SVJ Monitor

SVJ Monitor is an app for owners in a Czech homeowners association (SVJ) who want an overview of their building and of the work done by its building manager. It does not manage the building and it is not the ProfiSprávceSVJ app. In the app: • Add an SVJ: enter the company ID (IČO) and the app fills in the name, address and legal form from the public ARES register. Open the articles of association in the public register or upload them as a PDF with their effective date. • Statement import: paste the text of an annual statement and the app reads the year, period, unit, payment reference, costs, advance payments and balance.
