Take Your Time · rest your screen, rest your mind Scroll, watch, shop — that's fine. Just let it be your choice, and your time. You're working or reading, and your finger opens the same app again. Take Your Time puts a short pause right there, so the mind can catch up with the finger. How it works: when you open an app you chose, iOS shows a shield first. Tap "Breathe before entering" and the app invites you to breathe through a notification. Then you choose: go in for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, or not now. • Nudge mode: Gentle is breathe, then choose. Strong is give a short reason before opening. All day, or only at the times you set. • Take a little break: pause the nudge for 1 hour, 3 hours, or until tomorrow morning.
