Tavla Block

Tavla Block is a journal for the time you spend away from the feed. Before a session, it asks what the time is for, and you answer in a line or leave it blank. While the session runs, the apps and websites you chose stay blocked. When you end it, the app opens a page in your journal so you can write down how it went before you go back to your phone. Over a few weeks, the journal becomes a record of where your attention actually went: the chapter you finished, the morning you practiced singing, the afternoon that went nowhere. You can read any day back on a calendar. ENDING ON A PAGE The page gives you a minute and a half. You can write a few sentences or leave it empty, and when the time is up, you end the session.
