About Telltale: System Mail Monitor
Telltale reads the notification mail your servers and services already send and turns it into one status per service. You see at a glance what is wrong right now, and you get a notification when something changes. There is no agent to install, no server to run and no account. Telltale connects to the mailbox your system mail arrives in, over encrypted IMAP or POP3, and does all the work on your device. WHAT TELLTALE READS Built-in parsers understand Proxmox backups (vzdump and Backup Server), Plesk backups, certbot renewals, cron output, smartd disk warnings, ZFS events, mdadm RAID, apcupsd UPS events, fail2ban and unattended upgrades on Debian and Ubuntu. For anything else you build your own parser from a real mail and see the result while you edit. SILENCE COUNTS Telltale knows when a daily report is due.
