Temporary Works Portal

The Temporary Works Portal (TWP) is a cloud-based digital platform designed to manage the complete temporary works process in accordance with BS 5975:2024 and company-specific temporary works procedures. It provides a single, centralised system for managing temporary works from initial identification and planning through design briefs, appointments, design and checking, approvals, permits, inspections, change control and final dismantling. The Portal automates the Temporary Works Register and provides clear workflows for key roles, including the Designated Individual (DI), PC’s Temporary Works Coordinator, TWC, TWS, designers, design checkers and subcontractors.
