Tenante — Rental Inspection

Moving in or out of a rental? Tenante turns your phone into an evidence file — timestamped photos, close-ups, and short video clips of every room, bundled into a polished PDF report you can hand to your landlord or keep for yourself. Security deposit disputes almost always come down to one question: what did the place actually look like on day one? Tenante answers it with proof, not memory. HOW IT WORKS 1. Photograph each room — a wide-angle shot for context, close-ups for anything that needs a closer look. 2. Add notes and video — narrate what you see, or record a short clip for damage that's hard to explain in a still photo. 3. Generate a report — a clean, professional PDF, built right on your device, ready to share or print. KEY FEATURES • 100% Offline — everything stays on your device. No account, no server, no tracking. • Photo & Video Documentation — a required wide-angle photo…
