Tesskey Sample Kits

Tesskey maps your audio clips into portable SFZ instrument kits. BUILD A KEY MAP Import up to 16 mono or stereo clips from Files. Set each sample’s root MIDI note and note/velocity range. Spread distinct roots automatically within each velocity band, then inspect the mapping over a keyboard. Numeric MIDI notes avoid octave-name ambiguity; Tesskey labels MIDI 60 as C4. Filename note suggestions can be changed manually. No automatic pitch detection. PREPARE THE SAMPLES Trim start and end times, apply short fades and optionally normalize peak level to −1 dBFS. Listen to each processed source at its original pitch. Preserve the source sample rate and channel count in exported 16-bit PCM WAV files.
